EUGIE FOSTER calls home a mildly haunted, fey-infested house in metro Atlanta that she shares with her husband, Matthew, and her pet skunk, Hobkin. After receiving her master's degree in Psychology, she retired from academia and became a corporate computer drone. When her company asked her to leave the phantoms and fairies in the South and return to the dead-cold lands of the Midwest, she said "no" and retreated to her library to pen flights of fancy. Eugie's fiction has been translated into Greek, Hungarian, Polish, and French, and her publication credits number over 100. They include stories in Realms of Fantasy, Interzone, Cricket, Fantasy Magazine, Orson Scott Card's InterGalactic Medicine Show, and Jim Baen's Universe; podcasts Escape Pod, Pseudopod, and PodCastle; and anthologies Best New Fantasy (Prime Books), Heroes in Training (DAW Books), So Fey (Lethe Press), and Best New Romantic Fantasy 2 (Juno Books). Her short story collection, Returning My Sister's Face: And Other Far Eastern Tales of Whimsy and Malice, debuted in March, 2009, from Norilana Books. Visit her online at http://www.eugiefoster.com/.

KAYELLE ALLEN is the founder of Marketing for Romance Writers, an open and welcoming group for authors, agents, editors, publishers, author promotion services, and artists to share promotion secrets, ask questions, and hold free workshops. She's also a multipublished author whose worldbuilding skills include a broad sweep of ten-thousand years of future history, a feline language, and tradestandard laws for the empire where her books take place. Her writing captures you inside each hero's head and seduces you with what he feels and thinks. She thrusts you into the hero's heart and mind, teases you with his sexuality and sensual joys, and drags you onto the roller coaster with him when it plunges into the darkness of things-gone-wrong. When you and the hero get off the ride at the end, it's Kayelle's hope you'll be back in line when the next ride starts.

Sabrina Pandora is a constant of the Atlanta nightlife, often seen at parties, clubs and events all over town. She is a comedienne, an author, an instructor and emcee for conventions, events and burlesque shows, and her interests are as varied as the attendees of her famous Halloween parties. She bills herself as a drag queen yet never performs as such, much to the confusion of those who understand the definitions associated with transgendered individuals. Quick-witted, funny and always with a kind word or cutting remark, she has been described as "a guillotine with curves—pretty to look at but dangerous to play with". Sabrina Pandora lives in Atlanta with her partner Wendie and their two daschunds, Hansel und Gretel, whom she is confident will one day trip her into her own oven.
Since moving to Atlanta in 1997, Michael Liebmann has been involved in SF fandom as a fan, a dealer, a convention organizer, and now as a voice actor. Since around 2007 he has lent his voice to quite a few productions produced by Misfits Audio, Darker Projects, Giant Gnome Studios, Imagination Lane, Gypsy Audio, Hidden Frontier Productions, Pendant Audio, Millada Productions as well as others. He has voiced everything from a college sophomore to a Reman, a Romulan, a Klingon, a Vorta, and a rabbit to name a few. Michael will discuss what’s he’s discovered about the fan audio and fan film phenomena as part of Outlantacon.
Moxie Magnus is a shimmering, glowing star in the firmament of the United Federation of Planets. Through space age sling-shot technology, this seven and a half foot tall glamazon (mostly hair and heels) has come rocketing back to us from the future, dragging some laughs with her along the way! In the 23rd century she serves as the Chief Cosmetology Officer aboard the USS Enterprise under the command of James T. Kirk. There, she navigates the world of serially dating redshirts and keeping the fleet in regulation bouffants. Here, in the 21st century, she writes about her adventures, with tongue firmly placed in cheek, in her blog, Moxie Magnus: Star Trek Cosmetologist. Her mission is to tackle each of the episodes of the original series with her own brand of space humor!
Moxie was born in space, grew up a human slave in the Orion Syndicate and walked the runways of Paris before graduating top of her class at Starfleet Academy. She is the only cadet in history to pass the Kobayasi Hairdo, the no-win Starfleet master xenocosmetology exit exam (and she didn't cheat). Her thesis, "Zero-G Styling Technology: Captain, we have Lift-off", is still recognized as the seminal work in it's field. Although she has often been told “In space, no one can hear you, queen”, that hasn’t stopped her from entertaining fans and the fleet both in and out of this world. She’s even gotten a few laughs from the Vulcan High Council.
In her spare time, this dedicated Star Trek drag queen enjoys cataloging unicorn species, looking at pictures of cats on the internet and trying out new replicated food cube recipes. Her favorite movies are Beach Blanket Bingo, Gidget and Pon Far Surf Party.

He has worked on Killers, Life as We Know It, The Blind Side, How Did I Get Married, Too?, Drop Dead Diva, Franklin & Bash, Hall Pass, and The Vampire Diaries. With the rising popularity of all things undead, it's important to mention his work on the hit film Zombieland and both seasons of The Walking Dead. Tony is excited to start production on season three of The Walking Dead, and equally excited to talk to OutlantaCon fans about his set experiences, discrimination about his sexuality, and how it has never stopped him.

Author Kage Alan (A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to My Sexual Orientation, Andy Stevenson Vs. the Lord of the Loins, Gaylias: Operation Thunderspell) grew up in a suburb of Detroit, Michigan, and...
Seriously, is that what you really want to know? Wouldn't you rather read about how I'm actually semi-close personal friends with Eddie Izzard, when I had lunch with Madonna as well as who picked up the check, why Lady Gaga sends me promos of her albums before anybody else has them and how I know whether Castle star Nathan Fillion wears boxers or briefs? Well, I'm not going to tell you. Why? Because, frankly, none of it's true.
So, here's what is important; I love my parents, celebrated my 15th anniversary with my half-Chinese and wholly domineering partner in February of 2010, have serious issues with his wholly unholy Chinese Grandmonster who continually tries to marry him off to someone other than myself, have an eclectic and phenomenal group of friends who don't allow any meager success I have go to my head, and I am forever going to say everything you won't. Mama always said "If you don't have something nice to say, let Kage say it."
Now, not as important, but still pertinent, I graduated and attended Grand Valley State University with a BA in Creative Writing and Film & Video. I'm currently writing my next book when not buying Blu-Rays each Tuesday on New Release Day, traveling overseas and buying Blu-Rays there, eating sushi, fibbing to my partner about what Blu-Rays I may or may not admit to picking up that week, making fun of people who work at Blockbuster, playing Laser Tag and attending SciFi conventions. I also collect rare soundtracks. Am I a deep guy or what?

T. C. Blue was raised in and around Washington, DC and therefore she don’t write about politics. A two year stint as a motorcycle courier, followed by varying amounts of times spent as an office worker, server, hair dresser, retail slave, casual student, and chef have led to possessing a smattering of knowledge in many areas. A jack of all trades and master of none, she currently live in the suburbs outside DC, accompanied by animals and people of interest. Really.

Shae Connor is a Georgia native who lives in Atlanta, where she works for the government by day and reads and writes about people falling in love by night. She's been making up stories for as long as she can remember, but it took her a long time to figure out that maybe she should start writing them down. Shae's first novel, a M/M romance titled Sand & Water, was published in August 2011 by Dreamspinner Press. She has also had multiple M/M novellas and short stories published with Dreamspinner, Silver Publishing, and Amber Allure Press. She is an annual volunteer staff member at Dragon*Con, where she spends much her time plying Eugie Foster with candy, and has been known to hang around at various times with Whedonverse, Star Wars, Star Trek, The X-Files, and Harry Potter types, although she's dabbled in other realms as well.
When she does manage to tear herself away from her laptop, Shae enjoys running, hiking, cooking, and traveling, not necessarily in that order.
Shae posts updates and thoughts on writing and editing on Twitter @shaeconnor and at her website, shaeconnorwrites.com. She also has a Tumblr full of pictures of lovely men at shaeconnor.tumblr.com. You can contact her at shaeconnorwrites@gmail.com.
